All Sales are Final
At Prime Reviewer PH, we provide digital educational content and software access. Due to the digital nature of our services and immediate access to Prime materials, all sales are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing Prime Member lifetime access, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason.
Why No Refunds?
Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be returned. Once you are granted Prime access, you immediately benefit from our proprietary mock exams, AI engines, and exclusive study content. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges.
Billing Errors
In the extremely rare event of a duplicate charge due to a system or processor error, please contact our support team immediately at support@primereviewer.ph with your payment receipts so we can investigate and rectify the billing discrepancy.
Double-Billing Dispute Resolution
If you suspect you have been billed twice for a single transaction, please follow this resolution workflow:
- Check Your Account Status: Make sure your account was successfully upgraded. If both charges cleared but you only have one account, collect both transaction receipts.
- Collect PayMongo Receipts: PayMongo sends an automated receipt to your email for every successful GCash, Maya, or card transaction. Make sure you copy the Reference/Transaction IDs.
- Email Support: Send both transaction details to support@primereviewer.ph. Include the email address associated with your Prime Reviewer account.
- Processing Time: Once we verify the duplicate payment in our PayMongo dashboard, we will issue a direct reversal to your original payment method (GCash/Maya) within 1-3 business days.
